Now the dust / woodchip (!) has settled on the 2 parks and we head into the Paralympics, where we take BT London Live to the more sold surface of Trafalgar Square I wanted to say a personal thank you for your support hard work and commitment which helped us achieve the marathon task we set ourselves on BT London Live over the Olympic period.
Across all events at both venues (including Wireless, HRC & MDNA at Hyde Park) we entertained over 1,5 million people which is an amazing achievement for everyone who played their part.
The time we spent on site at both parks was long and I want to thank everyone for their patients and general good humour in what was a tough year for all of us.
Thank you for helping us make BT London Live a truly memorable event for the country and being an important part of games time in London.

The delegate feedback on the event has been extremely positive and as i am sure you are more than aware good catering is integral to getting this and of the responses received to date to our post event questionnaire 93% of respondents have ranked the catering in the 'excellent I good' category which is a great result.

Just a note to say many congratulations on the success of both the JP Morgan Challenge and the Hyde Park concert events over the last two weeks. In terms of logistics and sheer numbers required, obviously last week especially, they were such exciting bookings for us to be able to assist you with and 1/1.2 are delighted to have been involved. It is always such a pleasure to work with all of your team and I know lots of our staff now look out for the Upbeat and other Global brand events as the most exciting and high profile jobs to work on.
We hope you have all had a chance to wind down a little after last week's madness, especially given the lovely weekend just gone; hopefully there were no events to think about and only barbeques and beers all round!
